Cost Index Baseline for Type B Construction

The Cost Index Baseline for Type B Construction has been adjusted effective March 1 using the adjusted Class B Construction Cost Index of 1.68 as established by the State Allocation Board at its annual meeting in January. The annual adjustment is required by the provisions of Government Code Sections 66452.6(a).
